We’re thrilled to announce our latest feature, Omio Flex!

What is Omio Flex?

Omio Flex is our new insurance offer, that offers compensation for any ticket type! When users opt to include Omio Flex for their journey, they can get money back on their tickets anytime and for any reason. Find out the details below.
Omio Flex will be available to anyone travelling in the EEA region, in languages English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
Available on non-refundable tickets and for trains, buses, and ferries only.
Payments can only be made in Euro, US dollars, and British pound.
Omio Flex costs between 8% and 15% of the original ticket price.
All Omio Flex bookings can be cancelled up to two hours before departure.
Tickets can be cancelled directly in the Omio app.
Customers will receive an 80% refund of the original ticket price.
